From the video I posted before I talked about my immediate reaction of Rosa and her sisters stand. They have a farm out in Henrico that doesn't really have a name its just the family farm. One thing she said to me that I thought was very interesting was the uglier the cucumber the sweeter it tastes. I immediately bought a cucumber so that I can test that out. I will keep you posted on that experiment. over all her food looked healthy and colorful. She promised there was no chemicals used on anything, no waxing done, just love and care that comes from years of working on the small family farm.
